Objective Join us for a special seasonal menu inspired by the flavours of Japan’s prefectures.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to prepare:
✨ Starter: Autumn Muscat Salad with Wasabi Sauce (Nagano Prefecture)
  • Learn to make a Waldorf-style salad dressing that works beautifully as an appetiser or light meal.
✨ Main: Citrus Butter Grilled Red Seabream真鯛 (Ehime Prefecture)
  • Discover the technique of searing fish to preserve its natural mild flavour.
  • Master a versatile butter sauce that pairs well not only with red seabream but with other types of fish too.
✨ Side: Sweet Potato Pecan Casserole (Saitama Prefecture)
  • Recreate a traditional Thanksgiving favourite — pecan sweet potato casserole — with a Japanese seasonal twist.
✨ Dessert: Mikan Jelly (Kumamoto Prefecture)
  • Learn how to make a simple, refreshing fruit jelly using fresh mikan.
From creamy salads and festive casseroles to delicate jellies and flavourful sauces, this menu is designed to give you techniques you can use again and again in your own kitchen.

Starting 1 August, apron rental will no longer be available. Aprons are available for purchase at $10 each. Carriers are chargeable at $1 per piece.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. This workshop is open to members and non-members.
  2. Participant must be 13 years old and above.
  3. NRIC / Passport / Student Concession Card must be presented for verification purposes on site.
  4. Do be punctual. Customers who are late for more than 5 minutes will not be allowed to join the Lesson. We are not obligated to reschedule the lesson and it will be forfeited with no refund.
  5. Members are not allowed to register on behalf. Member will be required to present membership card and NRIC for verification purposes on lesson day.
  6. For cooking lesson, the participant has to dine in at our studio. In the case that the participant wishes to take away the cooked food, the participant is responsible to bring take away box or container and to consume the food within 2 hours. The Company will not behold responsible for the food that has been taken away from the studio.
  7. Payment to confirm a booking is possible by debit or credit card only.
  8. Registered seat is not exchangeable or refundable under any circumstances.
  9. Strictly no rescheduling and refund under any circumstances.
  10. Confirmation details will be sent to paid customers by email. If you do not receive any confirmation email, this means payment and registration is not successful.
