Event Celebrate peak-season Yamanashi Shine Muscat while learning to create an elegant wreath tart from base to finish. In this lesson, you will:
  • Prepare a crisp, buttery pâte sucrée tart shell.
  • Master a rich and moist crème d’amande filling.
  • Create a light yet stable whipped fromage cream for clean piping.
  • Learn how to prepare, glaze and beautifully arrange premium Yamanashi Shine Muscat.
  • Make a delicate, lace-like coral tuile with the perfect crisp texture and golden finish.
  • Prepare a refreshing Shine Muscat Elderflower Soda using the same seasonal fruit.
Take home valuable pastry techniques that can be applied to many other fruit tarts, together with your beautifully finished Yamanashi Shine Muscat creation.

Dining Area
The dining area is strictly reserved for customers attending a lesson. Non-participants, accompanying guests, and visitors are not permitted to use the dining area.

Apron
Wearing an apron is compulsory during the lesson. Customers are encouraged to bring their own apron. If you do not have one, a disposable apron can be purchased at $2 per lesson or ABC apron purchased at $15.

Carrier Bag
Each participant is entitled to one complimentary carrier bag per lesson. Additional carrier bags are available at $1 each.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. This workshop is open to members and non-members.
  2. Participants must be 10 years old and above.
  3. NRIC / Passport / Student Concession Card must be presented for verification purposes on site.
  4. Do be punctual. Customers who are late for more than 5 minutes will not be allowed to join the Lesson. We are not obligated to reschedule the lesson, and it will be forfeited with no refund.
  5. Members are not allowed to register on behalf. Member will be required to present membership card and NRIC for verification purposes on lesson day.
  6. For cooking lesson, the participant has to dine in at our studio. In the case that the participant wishes to take away the cooked food, the participant is responsible to bring take away box or container and to consume the food within 2 hours. The Company will not behold responsible for the food that has been taken away from the studio.
  7. Payment to confirm a booking is possible by debit or credit card only.
  8. Registered seat is not exchangeable or refundable under any circumstances.
  9. Strictly no rescheduling and refund under any circumstances.
  10. Confirmation details will be sent to paid customers by email. If you do not receive any confirmation email, this means payment and registration is not successful.
