Autumn’s Pleasure 1 Day Lesson 秋の味覚 (Takashimaya Studio)

Objective Have a taste of autumn with the process of preparing these golden dishes and savouring it after the lesson:
  1. Autumn Sanuki Udon with Tempura
    Learn to prepare Tempura (prawn, chicken thigh, soy sauce flavoured gobo (burdock) pickles) and dashi soy sauce stock. Best served with Sanuki Udon.
  2. Gobo (Burdock) salad with handmade gomadare (sesame dressing)
  3. Persimmon Panna Cotta
    Contain gelatin and rum.
1 goodie bag will be given to each attendee upon attendance of the lesson and survey completion.

*Only takeaway will be allowed during this period (Preparatory Stage). Please be reminded to bring your food container(s) to save the environment. 1 set of disposable food container will be chargeable at $0.50.

Please be reminded to bring your own apron for your lesson.
Apron can be rent at $1 each for participants who did not bring their apron. Carriers are chargeable at $0.50 per piece. (Proceeds will be donated to Singapore Environmental Council to fund environmental activities).

Terms and Conditions:

  1. 1 Day Lesson is open to members and non-members.
  2. Participant must be 13 years old and above.
  3. All customers ≤ 18 years requires an accompanying adult (> 19 years) to purchase a Lesson and attend together.
  4. NRIC / Passport / Student Concession Card must be presented for verification purposes on site.
  5. Do be punctual. Customers who are late for more than 10 minutes will not be allowed to join the Lesson. We are not obligated to reschedule the lesson and it will be forfeited with no refund.
  6. Members are not allowed to register on behalf. Member will be required to present membership card and NRIC for verification purposes on lesson day.

  8. Payment to confirm a booking is possible by debit or credit card only.
  9. Registered seat is not exchangeable or refundable under any circumstances.
  10. Strictly no rescheduling and refund under any circumstances.
  11. Confirmation details will be sent to paid customers by email. If you do not receive any confirmation email, this means payment and registration is not successful.
