Rendang Raya 1 Day Lesson (Takashimaya Studio)

Learning Points Celebrate Hari Raya Haji (Eid al-Adha) with ABC by learning how to:
  1. cook traditional Curry Chicken Rendang,
  2. make Steamed Spiced Rice wrapped with banana leaves,
  3. prepare Lodeh Veges (Curried Vegetables) and
  4. make Assam Iced Lime Juice!
Each lesson is 2 hours. Apron is provided. For Rendang Raya, it is compulsory for customers to dine in at our studio.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. 1 Day Lesson is open to members and non-members.
  2. Participant must be 13 years old and above.
  3. All customers ≤ 18 years requires an accompanying adult (> 19 years) to purchase a Lesson and attend together.
  4. NRIC / Passport / Student Concession Card must be presented for verification purposes on site.
  5. Do be punctual. Customers who are late for more than 10 minutes will not be allowed to join the Trial Lesson. We are not obligated to reschedule the lesson and it will be forfeited with no refund.
  6. Members are not allowed to register on behalf. Member will be required to present membership card and NRIC for verification purposes on lesson day.
  7. All Cooking Trial Lesson must be dine-in at our studio.
  8. Payment to confirm a booking is possible by debit or credit card only.
  9. Registered seat is not exchangeable or refundable under any circumstances.
  10. Strictly no rescheduling and refund under any circumstances.
  11. Confirmation details will be sent to paid customers by email. If you do not receive any confirmation email, this means payment and registration is not successful.
