Terms & Conditions
Dining Area
The dining area is strictly reserved for customers attending a lesson. Non-participants, accompanying guests, and visitors are not permitted to use the dining area.
Apron
Wearing an apron is compulsory during the lesson. Customers are encouraged to bring their own apron. If you do not have one, a disposable apron can be purchased at $2 per lesson or ABC apron purchased at $15.
Carrier Bag
Each participant is entitled to one complimentary carrier bag per lesson. Additional carrier bags are available at $1 each.
Recipe
Physical recipes will no longer be provided during lessons. An e-recipe will be provided during the lesson.
If you prefer a printed recipe, it can be purchased at $2 per copy and will be available for collection one month after the request.
Latecomers
Please arrive on time for your lesson. Customers who arrive more than 5 minutes after the lesson has started will not be permitted to join the lesson, regardless of the reason. The lesson will be considered forfeited and cannot be attended or replaced.
- Trial Lesson is strictly for first time customer residing in Singapore (Singaporean/ PR/ foreigners possessing valid passes (e.g. Employment Pass, S-Pass, Student Pass, Long-term Visit Pass)).
- Minimum age: Customers must be at least 10 years of age and 130 cm or taller to participate in Cake, Bread, and Cooking trial lessons.
- Participant Supervision: All customers < 18 years requires a paying adult (≥ 18 years) to purchase a Trial Lesson and attend together.
- Verification: NRIC / Student Concession Card must be presented on site for verification. Please note that if incorrect details are provided, entry will be denied and fees will be non-refundable.
- Punctuality: Do arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before the session. Customers who are late for more than 5 minutes will not be allowed to join the Trial Lesson. We are not obligated to reschedule the lesson and it will be forfeited with no refund.
- Refund and rescheduling of Trial Lesson is strictly not allowed.
- Maximum capacity: We strictly do not allow customers to book our Trial Lessons for 5 pax and above and for their own private events as we have very limited slots for each session and the rest of our tables are catered to our regular lessons.
If we found out that customers are booking our trial lessons for 5 pax and above and for private events, we will demand the customers to top up to $80 or the relevant pricing in our packages. We will not hesitate to cancel your lessons without any refund if the customers refuse to top up the price difference. - To preserve the integrity of the recipe, we are not obligated to change the ingredients for Trial Lesson.
- All Cooking Trial Lesson must be dine-in at our studio.
- Upon successful booking of 2-4 pax, the participants’ names and email addresses will be disclosed among the same group in the confirmation email to ensure that there is no discrepancy. For any discrepancy, please kindly email to [email protected].
- Other terms & conditions apply, and the Management reserves the right to change any of terms and conditions without prior notice.
